Xfinity Membership is a customer loyalty program that replaced the former benefits plan, Xfinity Rewards.The Xfinity Membership program has four tiers: Silver, Gold, Diamond and Platinum.Your level is based on how long you’ve been a customer OR how many Xfinity services you have.
