Sonoff aer well known for a wide range of controllers – smart switches, smart plugs, sensors and more – I think they were one of the first companies I started writing about back around 2016 – but a BOX? The container merely says “IP65 Outdoor Waterproof Box” – and shows a picture – that is until you look around the sides… Designation EWBP – for the FUSION series of smart devices.Now it becomes more clear..“Box 1150”.
The instructions inside make things even more clear….suitable for their 1 gang and 2 gang smart wall switches, roller shutter wall switch, dimmer wall switch and wall socket.But take a look at this – they’ve really gone into this seriously… Decent rubber seal, proper fittings for in and out, 4 rawl-plugs and screws, soft neoprene cover.
It looks like it’s well built.not much else I can say about that.The flip-up lid isn’t on a spring which is a bit odd.
