Cardiobot health app gets new Activity Coaching

What’s new with CardioBot 7.2 The most notable new feature in version 7.2 of CardioBot is certainly Activity Coaching.Essentially, the feature can provide smarter insights based on intensity data and heart rate recovery after workouts.With these insights, users can better understand “when to push harder or ease up for the best results.” According to the developer, the advice is based on American Heart Association research.

In addition, CardioBot can now analyze your Heart Rate Variability (HRV) to monitor your body’s stress levels and how your lifestyle influences your well-being.For instance, the app can suggest adjustments to your routine that will benefit your health in the long term.Other new features include fully interactive charts that show more in-depth details and extra insights into sleep and recovery.
