Article continues below ADVERTISEMENT Fitbit Inspire 3 £84.99 £59.99 View DealThe Fitbit Inspire 3 is a much more complete fitness tracker than its low price suggests.On sale at Argos for £59.99, the only feature it's really missing is built in GPS.Otherwise, it's a fully featured device with battery life of up to 10 days.£59.99 is a great price for the Inspire 3, which usually costs £84.99.Argos shoppers seem to agree, as when you check out the deal, Argos says it’s “in demand” and “selling fast”.It’s an excellent tracker even at full price, and I’ve worn and tested it extensively as part of my test of all the latest Fitbits.Although it’s the cheapest Fitbit, it doesn’t lose many features compared to pricier options.
The main thing it lacks is built-in GPS, which means it can’t track the routes of your runs, cycles or hikes unless you bring your phone with you, as it connects to your phone’s GPS.If this doesn’t bother you, then the only other feature I missed on the Inspire compared to other Fitbits was Google Wallet - you can’t use the Inspire for contactless payments.Article continues below ADVERTISEMENTI actually prefer the Inspire’s lightweight slim build and feel on my wrist to many smartwatches several times more expensive, especially as the Fitbit tracks my steps, distance, calories, heart rate and sleep when worn 24/7.This is made even easier by the fact the tracker lasts up to 10 days on a single charge - more than any other Fitbit and about five times longer than most Apple Watch models.View the Fitbit Inspire 3 at ArgosApple's John Ternus shares insight into the new iPhone It can even track blood oxygen and skin temperature, tools you don’t always see on fitness trackers this cheap.The display is quite small and swiping around on it is fiddly, but it is a colour screen, and you can access key stats easily enough.
You can even get your texts to show up on it but I found it too small for that.Instead, I set it to vibrate when I am getting a call so I can leave my phone in my pocket or bag but not miss important calls.The Inspire 3 can be used with an iPhone or an Android phone thanks to the Fitbit app being available on both platforms.The only thing you can do on Android that you can’t on iPhone is send quick replies to texts from your wrist.
