Read our Privacy PolicyIf your Freeview TV suddenly has fewer channels to watch, you aren’t alone.It appears that two popular services have been offline for most of the week, with users encountering an error message when attempting to access them via the planner.The duo of channels affected includes That’s TV and That’s TV 2, which feature iconic shows such as Steptoe and Son, Upstairs, Downstairs, Rising Damp, Bread and Duty Free.Freeview introduce their Play streaming service in 2021 When heading to the channels, Freeview users have been faced with a message that reads, “This service is currently not available”.
Article continues below ADVERTISEMENTThere’s currently no word on what is causing the gremlins or when things will be back to normal, with That's TV staying tight-lipped about the blackout.Freeview has responded to complaints via social media, with the telly platform saying, “Unfortunately, That's TV, and That's TV 2 are currently down.They are aware of the problem and are working on a fix.Sorry for any inconvenience.”What makes this issue more bizarre is that the channels remain available on Sky and Freesat with those platforms unaffected.
