Two weeks after the first beta shipped, Apple has just released iOS 26 beta 2.As happens every summer, Apple has continued adding new features to its software during the beta cycle.So far iOS 26 beta 2 has included various design revisions, a new Apple Music widget, and some other smaller changes.
Another noteworthy addition is a brand new iPhone ringtone.Accessible from the ringtone section inside the Settings app, you can now choose an ‘Alt 1’ version of the default Reflection ringtone.It’s possible the name is only a placeholder, and will get revised before iOS 26 ships this fall.
