The latest collaboration between the studio and games giant was unveiled during the League of Legends World Championship tournament, held this year in China.
Riot Games and Fortiche have unveiled the cinematic at the World Championship in Chengdu, China.The work marks the conclusion of a narrative arc centered on LeBlanc, Vladimir, and Xin Zhao, developed across four cinematics (, , , and ) since January 2025.
For the production, Fortiche explored new visual codes shaped by Ionia’s magic and mysticism.The studio’s artistic direction is combined with a more realistic rendering of the characters, their movements, and expressions than seen in .“The objective remained clear: to offer fans an experience faithful to the universe while exploring a creative approach unique to this project,” said Arnaud Delord, co-founder and co-director at Fortiche The creative teams focused on visual coherence, emotional depth, and graphic experimentation with light, textures, and magical effects.
