This accessory will pair with the new Apple-designed cases and offer a convenient new way to wear your iPhone around your body.Per Bu, all new iPhone 17 cases will have lanyard holes at the bottom, and the Crossbody Strap will use magnets to offer a strong, but convenient connection.Smart Battery Case Years ago, Apple offered a Smart Battery Case that became a favorite accessory for many users.
It discontinued the case some time ago, but rumors indicate it could be coming back this year.Wayne Ma at reported in May that Apple was developing a new version of the battery case, specifically for its ultra-thin iPhone 17 Air: It’s always possible Apple will launch new Smart Battery Cases for the full iPhone 17 lineup.But so far, the only rumor about the case centers around the iPhone 17 Air.
