Disney Jr.unveiled a slate of new animated series, specials, casting news, and premiere dates across the Disney, Marvel, Lucasfilm, and Pixar franchises at the recent “Disney Jr.Let’s Play!” fan celebration at Disney California Adventure Park.
Highlights include the new series , with Owen Wilson and Larry the Cable Guy reprising their iconic roles; the first preschool Avengers series; and two new seasons of which debuted July 22 on Disney+.“Disney Jr.is where preschool magic begins — and no one does it bigger or better,” said Ayo Davis, president, Disney Branded Television.
“Our shows are often a child’s very first connection to the world of Disney, sparking the songs they sing, the characters they adore, and the adventures they want to live again and again.” Other new content includes: - Two 22-minute specials will debut October 16 and in Fall 2026, respectively.- A series of stop motion shorts, which feature Mickey, Minnie and the gang as they get into the Halloween mood, debut September 29 on Disney Jr.and October 2 on Disney+.

Casting announcements include: - Additional returning cast members from the original series include Wayne Brady as Clover; Tim Gunn as Baileywick; Eric Stonestreet as Minimus; Sara Ramirez as Queen Miranda; and Travis Willingham as King Roland.Debuts 2026 on Disney Jr., then Disney+.- Amari McCoy will star as A.J., while Martellus Bennett voices her father Marty and Jhené Aiko voices her mom Siggi.
