Fab Digital Marketplace Hits Epic Games Launcher

Users can now batch add-to-cart, batch download, and batch export assets directly to the digital content creation (DCC) tool with one click.
The Fab digital marketplace is now available in the Epic Games Launcher.Users can now batch add-to-cart, batch download, and batch export assets directly to the digital content creation (DCC) tool with one click.

Assets can be exported in a wide range of industry-standard filetypes to popular DCCs and game engines, including UE, Unity, Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, and Cinema 4D, while custom disk and socket export capabilities give the flexibility to tailor export flow.To access Fab in Launcher, users will need to update to the latest version of the Epic Games Launcher then navigate to the left navigation panel under Unreal Engine.From the Fab in Launcher settings, preferred file formats can be set for quick export, with assets filtered by location (on disk or in My Library).

In addition, Fab listing pages can be found on top of search to quickly review product details.To celebrate the rollout of Fab in Launcher, Epic Games has prepared a Megascans release.The team behind Fab in Launcher will join the Inside Unreal livestream on September 18 to discuss the tool and answer community questions.
