In the series, five archaeologists must tolerate each other’s eccentricities while digging in the desert, and things get strange when they uncover a body that died only recently.Simple Town includes Will Niedmann, Caroline Yost, Sam Lanier, Felipe Di Poi, and Ian Faria.The group puts on live sketch comedy shows and produces short films that have been featured on Comedy Central, Cracked, and Off The Air, as well as the New York TV Festival.
They previously created the Adult Swim SMALLS short .The series includes: “Quitting Time” (November 7) - It's Friday, and no one can go home because Caro has left something in the ground.While she and Felipe retrieve it, the rest of the team wait by the van.
“Smoke Break” (November 14) - Will convinces Ian to go on a smoke break while the others carbon date the skeleton.The skeleton turns out to be a lot newer than they expected… “Bad Convo” (November 21) - The team is on edge about the skeleton.University security are coming to collect it.
