Anyone with a Freeview TV in their living room will see a big change on their telly planner from tomorrow.It's been confirmed that ITV is switching things up from midnight tonight, June 9, with the television provider shutting down its popular ITVBe channel - which showed back-to-back reality content - and replacing it with something new.Those heading to channel 28 will now be treated to a service called ITV Quiz.Article continues below ADVERTISEMENTAs you've probably guessed from its name, ITV Quiz does exactly what it says on the tin with this update showing quiz and game shows throughout the day and night.Taking a quick look at this week's upcoming TV guide, content on ITV Quiz includes Tipping Point, Who Wants to be a Millionaire, Wheel Of Fortune, Deal or no Deal, Lino and Tenable.ITV has said that it's launching the update to use the channel slot to "draw on ITV's popular, market-leading UK quiz and game shows".Freeview introduce their new Play streaming service in 2021 It's unclear if you will need to retune your TV or set-top box to see the channel change but it's likely Freeview will announce how to get ITV Quiz once the service goes live.It’s possible the rename will happen overnight and you’ll simply see it when you turn on the screen.So what happens if you love binge-watching reality shows?
