Sony also receives a portion of soundtrack sales, music publishing fees, and a portion of the money Netflix paid to Sony’s animation company Imageworks.Whatever happens next, a sequel cannot be created without some form of collaboration between both studios.No word yet on if either writer/director Maggie Kang or Chris Appelhans are in talks to return for any sequel.
