There have been many, many CPUs released over the decades, but if we were to make a list of the best-performing CPUs of all time, it would consist of little more than a handful of the latest models from AMD and Intel.But this isn't that type of list.Instead, we're taking a look at some of the best CPUs ever released, taking into account everything from their relative performance at the time, price, how well they held up over the years, and how they were received by enthusiasts.
