Apple Announces 3D MLB Games Coming to Vision Pro

Apple and MLB today released the September schedule for Apple TV's weekly Friday Night Baseball doubleheader.The games are included with an Apple TV subscription at no additional cost, and there is a new perk for Vision Pro users.For the first time, Friday Night Baseball will be streamed live in the Apple Immersive format, allowing Vision Pro users to watch a 3D video feed recorded in 8K with a 180º field of view.

The first game streamed in Apple Immersive will see the Boston Red Sox face the New York Yankees on Friday, August 28 at 7 p.m.Eastern Time.Vision Pro users with an Apple TV subscription in Australia, Canada, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, the U.K., and the U.S.
