Andrea, 31, makes his living dismantling and recycling vehicles but the Panda is one of his most unusual projects.It is 3.40 metres long and 1.45 metres tall, weighs around 264 kilograms, and runs on an electric motor with a range of roughly 25 kilometres per charge.The vehicle is only being taken to fairs, events and controlled demonstrations.
