If you're like me, your Friday ritual goes something like this: couch, cold beverage, show. The problem is, Paramount+ has a library so huge that I'm usually done that first bevvie before I find something. If you're all caught up on P+'s new series like and , then I have a few suggestions for you.
This weekend (April 24 to 26), here are three bingable shows worth committing to—a legendary killer's dark return, a twisted cat-and-mouse thriller, and a classic sitcom set in 1980s Brooklyn.3 Dexter: Resurrection Michael C.Hall's iconic killer takes Manhattan I remember watching the original series when it started back in 2006, and thinking that it was the darkest, most unique TV show I'd ever seen.
At the time, we were all thinking, "How on Earth am I rooting for this cold-blooded serial killer who cuts people up in a plastic-lined 'kill room?!'" Eight incredible seasons, then a revival (), and a prequel () later, and our favorite murderer and his "dark passenger" are still at it, in .With one season under its belt, and another on the way, picks up around a decade after , after we all thought he was shot dead by his son, and heir apparent, Harrison (Jack Alcott).Harrison has high-tailed it to New York City, where he's hiding out, working as a bus boy and trying to keep his own dark passenger under control.
Dexter, of course, follows, and if you thought Miami's Bay Harbor was a playground for 'ol Dex, you ain't seen nothing yet.Dexter soon finds himself recruited into a secret society of serial killers run by Peter Dinklage and Uma Thurman, and that includes Neil Patrick Harris as a tattoo-collecting murderer, and Krysten Ritter as one who takes out sexual predators.Dexter's main problem, though, is the original police captain Angel Batista (David Zayas), who now knows who Dexter really is and is in New York on the hunt.
Season one was well-loved by critics and has a killer (pardon the pun) 95% rating on Rotten Tomatoes. All eight episodes are there for binging on P+.Dexter: Resurrection TV-MA Crime Drama Mystery Release Date July 13, 2025 Where to watch Close WHERE TO WATCH Streaming BUY Network Paramount+ with Showtime Cast Michael C.

Oh is Eve Polastri, a bored, paper-pushing MI5 operative living in London, whose obsession with an elusive Russian assassin named Villanelle (Comer, in her Emmy-winning role) turns into four fast-paced seasons of globe-trotting cat-and-mouse.Villanelle is sexy, stylish, and a certifiable psychopath who works for an illicit syndicate called The Twelve. With MI6's Carolyn Mattens (Harry Potter's Fiona Shaw) pulling Eve's strings, she gets closer and closer to Villanelle.
An attraction develops between the two opposites, and the lines between hunter and hunted are blurred, giving audiences a thrilling ride. The series was known for having a new head writer each season—all female—which kept the series fresh throughout its run.Oh also became the first Asian woman to win the Golden Globe for Best Actress in a TV Drama for her role.
