This meant that if you were on a tight budget, you had to get something used.Electric vehicles like the Bolt are changing that.While $28,995 isn't exceptionally cheap, you will save yourself thousands on gas and maintenance in the long run, making the Bolt a great option if you're looking to cut back on expenses.
